This mashed potato recipe combines rosemary, garlic, butter, cream and broth to make a truly delicious dish. You can adjust or delete the butter and cream, but I wouldn’t delete all of it. It’s up to you.

I don’t know about you, but I could eat mashed potatoes with just about any evening or afternoon meal. When I don’t want to cook I’ll even grab one of those “Hormel Completes” packaged dinner with chicken and mashed potatoes. But that’s just for myself; I wouldn’t serve that to family or friends. I’d stick with an instant pot mashed potato recipe.

I love to make mashed potatoes in my pressure cooker because the potatoes come out so fluffy. You might get tired of my saying this, but I’ll never made mashed potatoes on top of the stove in a pot of water ever again. And I have stuck to that statement for quite a long time now.
